My Favorite Quote, Possibly Ever

I dressed as a crazy Bingo Babe to compete in 826NYC’s awesome Dueling Bingo Tournament. Lots of people gave me high fives for my attire, but the highlight of my evening (aside from when Mike Myers handed me the pink curler that had fallen out of my granny wig) had to be when our caller, the fabulous Eric Gilliland, asserted upon my exclamation of “BINGO!”...

I made it to the championship round, but in the end, I had to concede to my lovely opponent Casey Scieszka. It was probably for the best since I don’t think Creighton would have been happy with me bringing a giant trophy home to our tiny apartment. And aren’t we all winners if we had a super fun night and raised $10,000 for 826NYC?
